Loew Next is the modern, honest and straightforward go-to sans serif type family aimed at a global user. Painstakingly reworked from the original design Loew to further enhance the consistency of detail between individual weights and improve its compatibility to support non-latin script languages. Details include over 800 characters with italics, alternative lowercase a, e, g and l. Seven variations of numerals, small caps with accents, Opentype features inferiors, superiors, fractions and language support covering Cyrillic, Greek, Western, South and Central Europe. Bakeshop is a casual script font family. It is drawn with rounded marker so the contrast is quite low. It has bumps at the end of strokes where the pen has stopped and the ink has spread. Bakeshop includes three weights and has both connecting and non-connecting versions.

Connecting Bakeshop versions has OpenType features like Final Forms, looping connections with lowercase e, high connecting stroke with ascenders and plenty of discretionary ligatures. You can enable Final Forms either enabling Final Form feature or Contextual Alternates. If you want to use the high connection strokes with ascenders enable Stylistic Alternates or Stylistic Set 2. And if you like to use the ligatures just enable Discretionary Ligatures feature.

Introducing Porcelain, a hand-lettered condensed sans serif font with subtle dip-pen texture and some fun OpenType features. Porcelain is perfect for invitations, branding, and editorial design and can be dressed up or down depending on your needs.

Porcelain comes with more than 430 glyphs and includes OpenType features like stylistic sets, multilingual support (including multiple currency symbols), and discretionary ligatures.

Epura is a geometric sans typeface named after Épura the base structure for descriptive geometry. Architecture and pure lines have inspired the design of Epura. The alternative shapes for a and g give it an informal look changing the texture of the font. Epura has clean geometric shapes but still infused with identity.

Author is a family of humanist sans serif fonts. They are optimized for use in modern publications – hence the the name ‘Author.’ Its letterforms are slightly expanded, which gives the counter-forms inside of them enough space to breathe, thus increasing their legibility and helps with their on-screen rendering, too. Author’s family includes six weights, ranging from Extralight through Bold. Each weight has an upright and an italic font on offer. The uppercase letters are virtually mono-linear in appearance; however, several of the lowercase letters have visible stroke contrast. The tops of Author’s strokes terminate in diagonal cuts; these are reminiscent of the broad-pen that would be used to write the humanist letterforms the typeface is based on. In Author’s upright fonts, the lowercase ‘a’ and ‘g’ are double-storied; there is a single-storey ‘g’ in the fonts as an OpenType alternate. In the italic fonts, the ‘a’ and the ‘g’ are both single-storied. The ascenders of Author’s lowercase letters a slightly taller than the tops of the capitals. The family’s fonts include both lining and old-style figures; in both versions, the ‘3’ has a flat top. Author was designed by Satya Rajpurohit, the founder of Indian Type Foundry.

Papillon Script is an eloquent pen script with large display capitals and small but legible lowercase letters. It’s ideal for logo, headline, brochure, model for a neon sign or any display use like that. Papillon Script is completely monolinear and it gives a clear but vivid impression of a hand writing style.

Papillon Script is equipped with following OpenType features:
• Standard Ligatures is automatically on and it adds variation and smoothness to typing. If a same letter repeats in the same word the latter will automatically change to an alternative version.
• Contextual Alternates is an optional feature that cuts the connection between letters every once in awhile.
• Titling Alternates changes the last character in every word into an ending Swash alternative.
• From Stylistic Set 1 you’ll find a set of 34 ornaments, strokes and arrows.
• Small Caps turns lowercase into a set of legible capital letters.

Fixture is our massive 72-font take on plentiful offerings of the late 19th century’s typefaces, posters and wood letterpress sundry done in the Grotesk genre. Four widths ranging from Ultra Compressed to Expanded each come in nine weights and accompanying italics. Some common sans-serif alternates, such as the a and g, are included in all the fonts.

The idea with this design was to put together a workhorse font family with enough functional flexibility to work in multiple environments, from the subtlety of magazine layout or film credits to the visual drama of billboards or packaging.

Aesthetically speaking, it is quite interesting — though in retrospect quite unintentional — that each different width and/or weight of this face ended up pulling a different dominant trait from the melting-pot origins of the entire family. It’s almost like a tribute album to some famous band’s covers of older songs. It may also be a good conversation piece on our tools shaping the very things for which they’re used. Can’t really get any more post-Grotesk than this. In the 21st century, this is the one genre to rule them all.
